Our History
Carl Channell (President) began working in construction in the late 1960′s and his son Ray Channell (Vice President) began in the mid 1980′s. We worked together as crew leaders with another company and felt we should be working for ourselves providing quality services directly to our customers.

In 1995 we founded Channell Drywall. In 1997 we incorporated and changed our legal name to Carl Channell Drywall, Inc. Finishing drywall on commercial projects was our main focus. We soon realized that custom houses demanded the same superior quality as commercial work and added more residential homes to our scope of work. In 2006 we saw that our employees were experienced in other trades as well as drywall and began expanding into other areas as the opportunity arose. In 2007 we obtained our license as a Home Builder/Remodeler. Now we employ painters and carpenters as well as drywallers.
